These Goodmeet Product Terms ("Goodmeet Terms") are made by and between Good Systems Inc., a corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware with its registered office at 103 Foulk Road, Suite 202, Wilmington, DE 19803 ("we", "our", "us", or "Good Systems"), and you, the user ("you", "your" or "User"), and govern your use of Goodmeet.
THESE GOODMEET TERMS SUPPLEMENT AND FORM PART OF THE GOOD SYSTEMS GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AVAILABLE AT goodsystems.com/terms-and-conditions (THE "GENERAL TERMS"). BY USING GOODMEET YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY BOTH THE GENERAL TERMS AND THESE GOODMEET TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT USE GOODMEET.

About these Goodmeet Terms
Goodmeet is a Good Systems Service, and these Goodmeet Terms are the Product Terms for Goodmeet for the purposes of Section 2 of the General Terms. The General Terms, including Annex A (Acceptable Use Policy) and Annex B (AI Terms), apply to your use of Goodmeet as if set out in full in these Goodmeet Terms.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in these Goodmeet Terms have the meaning given to them in the General Terms. References in these Goodmeet Terms to "Sections" of the General Terms are to the sections of the General Terms as numbered at the date of these Goodmeet Terms.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Goodmeet Terms and the General Terms, these Goodmeet Terms shall prevail in respect of your use of Goodmeet, but only to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
Our use of your personal data in connection with Goodmeet is described in the Good Systems Privacy Policy https://www.goodsystems.com/privacy-policy as supplemented by the Goodmeet Privacy Policy goodmeet.com/privacy.html.
Description of Goodmeet
Goodmeet is a meeting recording, transcription and note-taking tool. It allows you to record the audio of meetings you take part in using your device's microphone and system audio stream, generate transcripts of those recordings, and generate meeting notes, summaries and other AI-generated outputs from them (see Section 6). The specific features available to you at any time, including any calendar integration (see Section 8), may vary and may change as Goodmeet develops.
Goodmeet works alongside the third-party communication platform you use for your meeting (for example Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet). Goodmeet is not integrated with, and does not access, collect or process any data (including participant lists, chat messages or platform metadata) from, those third-party platforms. Goodmeet accesses only your device's microphone and system audio stream. Your use of any third-party communication platform is governed by that platform's own terms.
Goodmeet can be used in two modes:
- Signed-in mode, in which you sign in with your Good Systems Account and your meeting content (including recordings, transcripts, notes and summaries) is synced and stored on our servers as described in Section 7; and
- Guest mode, in which you use Goodmeet without signing in and your meeting content is not synced to or stored on our servers, although summary generation is processed transiently as described in Section 6.
Goodmeet is available on macOS 14.1 or higher. Minimum system requirements are 8GB of RAM and an Apple chip of the M or A series. The features available to you may differ depending on the App Distribution Platform, device, operating system and geographic region, and between signed-in mode and guest mode.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Goodmeet, whether in signed-in mode or guest mode. Goodmeet is not directed to children under 16.
These Goodmeet Terms cover use of Goodmeet by individual (consumer) users only. Use of Goodmeet by organisations, teams or enterprises is subject to a separate agreement.
Fees
Goodmeet is currently provided free of charge. Section 12.2 of the General Terms (Free Good Systems Services) applies to your use of Goodmeet.
We may introduce fees for Goodmeet, or for certain features of Goodmeet, in the future. If we do so, we will notify you in advance in accordance with Section 18.11 of the General Terms, and you will not be charged for any feature of Goodmeet unless you have expressly agreed to the applicable fee.
Recording, consent and other participants
You are solely responsible for your use of the recording and transcription features of Goodmeet and for ensuring that your use complies with all laws that apply to you and to the meetings you record, including laws relating to the recording of conversations, privacy, data protection and confidentiality. These laws vary between countries and, in some cases, between states or regions, and may require you to obtain the consent of all participants before recording.
Goodmeet provides a system notification to you, as the recording user, when a meeting is about to start. Goodmeet does not notify other participants that a meeting is being recorded and does not seek or record their consent. Before you start recording, you must obtain any consent required from other participants under applicable law. We recommend that you inform all participants that a meeting is being recorded and transcribed before commencing any recording.
You represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights, consents and permissions, and given all notices, required in connection with the recording, transcription, summarisation and storage of any meeting through Goodmeet, including in respect of the personal data (such as voice and any other information captured in a recording) of other participants.
Meeting recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries and any other content you create through Goodmeet are your User Content for the purposes of Section 6 of the General Terms. You own your User Content and you are responsible for it.
Goodmeet is not compliant with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") or equivalent regulatory frameworks for protected health information or other regulated information of the kinds described in Section 6.5 of the General Terms. You must not use Goodmeet to record, transcribe or store such information, and Good Systems does not undertake to identify, redact or remove sensitive or regulated information that you or another participant says or shares during a recorded meeting.
Goodmeet AI features
Goodmeet incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning models to provide transcription, meeting notes and summaries and certain other features ("Goodmeet AI Features"). Goodmeet AI Features are Good Systems AI Features for the purposes of Annex B (AI Terms) of the General Terms, and Annex B applies to your use of them. Because Goodmeet's core functionality is based on and primarily relies on these artificial intelligence and machine learning models, Goodmeet is an AI-Based Service as defined in Annex B.
At the date of these Goodmeet Terms, Goodmeet AI Features operate as follows:
- Transcription of your meeting recordings is performed locally on your device.
- Meeting summaries and certain other Goodmeet AI Features are generated in a secure cloud environment operated on Google Cloud infrastructure using confidential computing technology. Your meeting content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and processed within a hardware-based trusted execution environment designed so that your meeting content cannot be accessed by us, by Google or by any other third party, including while it is being processed. Your meeting content is processed in this environment solely to provide the relevant feature to you. In guest mode, summary generation is processed transiently in this environment and your meeting content is not otherwise stored on our servers.
- Where you have connected your calendar, calendar details may be used to improve the quality and relevance of your meeting notes and summaries as described in Section 8.
We may change the way in which Goodmeet AI Features are delivered, including the models and infrastructure used. Up-to-date information on how Goodmeet AI Features process your data is set out in the Goodmeet Privacy Policy.
Your meeting content is not used to train the artificial intelligence models of any third-party provider. We will not use your Input (including recordings, transcripts and summaries) or Output to train or improve artificial intelligence models unless you have first given your separate, affirmative opt-in consent in accordance with paragraph B.4 of Annex B of the General Terms. We may offer you the opportunity to give such consent in the future; if we do, we will explain what your consent covers at the time and you will be free to decline.
Transcripts, notes, summaries and other Output generated by Goodmeet AI Features may contain errors, omissions or misattributions and may not accurately reflect what was said in a meeting. You must not rely on any Output without independently confirming its accuracy, and you must not present Output as a verbatim or authoritative record of a meeting without checking it.
Your use of Goodmeet AI Features must comply with the fair usage requirements described at https://www.goodsystems.com/terms-and-conditions, in accordance with paragraph B.7 of Annex B.
Storage, sync and deletion of meeting content
In signed-in mode, your meeting content (including recordings, transcripts, notes and summaries) is encrypted in transit and at rest on our servers and is synced and stored in Amazon Web Services cloud infrastructure operated by Good Systems. This storage is a Good Systems Cloud Service for the purposes of Section 7.2.2 of the General Terms. Meeting content is currently stored in data centres located in the European Union and the United States.
In guest mode, your meeting content is not synced to or stored on our servers and remains local to your device, except for the transient processing described in Section 6.2(b).
You are responsible for backing up your meeting content in accordance with Section 12.2 of the General Terms. Meeting content stored only on your device or in guest mode cannot be recovered by us if it is lost.
You may delete meeting content at any time through Goodmeet. If your Good Systems Account is closed or terminated in accordance with Section 16 of the General Terms, meeting content stored in Good Systems Cloud Services will be deleted in accordance with Section 16.4 of the General Terms and the Goodmeet Privacy Policy. Content stored locally on your device will not be affected.
Calendar integration
Goodmeet may allow you to connect your Google calendar so that Goodmeet can display your upcoming meetings, remind you to record them, display profile information (such as names and photos) of meeting participants and improve the quality and relevance of your meeting notes and summaries. Calendar integration is optional. Before Goodmeet accesses any data through Google Workspace APIs, you will be asked to log in to your Google account and give explicit consent.
Our use of data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is limited to providing the features you have requested and is described in the Goodmeet Privacy Policy. We do not use such data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to create, train or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Our use of such data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may disconnect your calendar at any time through Goodmeet or through your Google account settings.
Additional restrictions
In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy in Annex A of the General Terms, when using Goodmeet you must not:
- record any meeting or conversation where you do not have the legal right to do so or without obtaining any consent required by applicable law;
- use Goodmeet to record, transcribe or store conversations for the purpose of surveillance, harassment, stalking or intimidation of any person;
- attempt to access, extract or interfere with the transcription or summarisation models or the confidential computing environment used by Goodmeet; or
- use Goodmeet in any manner that breaches the terms of the third-party communication platform you are using for your meeting.
Beta and experimental features
Goodmeet, or certain features of Goodmeet, may be made available as a Beta or as Experimental Features.

Any right of withdrawal or refund that may apply to a paid feature of Goodmeet in the future may be exercised using the contact details in this Section 11.
Changes to these Goodmeet Terms
We may change these Goodmeet Terms. While Goodmeet is provided free of charge, we may do so at any time in accordance with the General Terms. If and when Goodmeet or any of its features becomes a paid-for Good Systems Service, changes affecting that paid-for service will follow the process set out in the General Terms for paid-for Good Systems Services.
